As a young company, the portfolio and project experience of Koth Consulting is perhaps best represented through the achievements of its President and primary Project Manager, Lance Koth. Mr. Koth has been involved in Land Development and Environmental Engineering work for over 20 years and has designed and managed engineering projects ranging from small parking lot additions to multi-million dollar developments.

Teaching at Virginia Tech

Mr. Koth assisted in developing the curriculum for the Land Development Design path at Virginia Tech. Mr. Koth taught Erosion Control in the Virginia Tech class CEE 4984 Advanced Land Development Design. This class has become a permanent part of the new Land Development Design curriculum.
